Verdict
The WF-1000XM6 remain among the best-sounding noise-cancelling earbuds, with a rich app and LDAC support for high-resolution Bluetooth audio. If you own the XM5, the gain is small; wait for a discount. If noise cancelling is your top priority, Engadget points to the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, and iPhone users may prefer the AirPods Pro 3.
