Who controls the information
RealDigitalTech is responsible for information submitted through its website. RealDigitalTech is published by Bestsmartsell LLC, 30 N Gould St, WY 82801, United States. The publication director is SAID DAHANI. Privacy enquiries can be sent to privacy@realdigitaltech.com.
Information you provide
When you contact us, request updates or write to us, we may receive your name, email address, subject and message. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Technical and preference data
The current edition uses browser storage for cookie choices, locally saved update requests and interface preferences. Basic server logs may contain IP address, time, requested page, browser type and security events for delivery, diagnostics and abuse prevention.
Audience measurement
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not store anything in your browser and does not follow you across other sites. It only provides aggregated statistics such as the page visited, the referring site, the country and the type of device and browser.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is collected through a form hosted by Brevo, our emailing provider (a company based in France), and used only to send you the newsletter. Subscription must be confirmed by clicking a link sent by email (double opt-in). Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to delete your address at privacy@realdigitaltech.com.
Purposes and legal grounds
Information is used to answer requests, deliver requested communications, operate and secure the service, correct content and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages require an appropriate request or consent, are recorded separately from optional partner/sponsor consent, and include a clear unsubscribe mechanism.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Hosting, email, security, analytics and advertising providers may process limited data to operate their services. If Google advertising is activated, Google and other advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to deliver, measure and protect advertising, subject to the consent choices and applicable law. Authorities may receive information only when legally required.
Advertising and Google services
RealDigitalTech is preparing to use Google advertising services. When advertising is activated, third parties including Google may place or read cookies in a browser or use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers as a result of ad serving. Advertising technologies will not be enabled in this preview. Where required, visitors will be asked for consent before non-essential advertising storage or personalised advertising is used. For EEA, UK and Swiss personalised-ad traffic, a Google-certified CMP integrated with the applicable IAB TCF will be deployed before AdSense is activated.
Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as necessary to answer and document the request. Security logs and subscription records are retained for limited operational or legal periods, then deleted or anonymized where practical.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection and may withdraw consent. Send the request from the relevant email address to privacy@realdigitaltech.com so identity can be verified safely.
International access and children
The site may be visited internationally. Services are designed for a general audience and do not intentionally request unnecessary information from children. A parent or guardian may contact us about information submitted by a minor.
Policy changes
Material changes will be dated on this page. Privacy and advertising-consent readiness reviewed for the current preview.
